Position Overview:
The Licensed Project Architect will lead the design and documentation of healthcare-related architectural projects. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout all phases of a project-from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating environments that support health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams with a collaborative and communicative approach to ensure design excellence and successful project outcomes.
• Work directly with clients to define spatial and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive design solutions.
• Develop project layouts and integrate engineering systems into cohesive architectural designs.
• Produce detailed drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits and contractor coordination.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture (5-year B.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the A/E industry, with at least 6 years as a licensed architect.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare architecture is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active architectural license; NCARB certification and LEED accreditation are preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on project needs.
