Licensed Surveyor
Our well-established regional client, with over 60 years of industry leadership, is seeking experienced Licensed Land Surveyors to join their growing team in Minnesota - several office location options. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret historical survey data and engineering plans to ensure accurate field staking
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior survey staff and technicians
- Lead and manage survey operations including planning, scheduling, and project oversight
- Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, and community involvement
- Perform boundary analysis using advanced coordinate geometry tools
- Gather, analyze, and refine field data to support a variety of land surveying projects
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Active Minnesota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent licensure pathway)
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and project management tools
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land surveying
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in CAD and survey software such as Civil 3D or MicroStation
