About the Role: Outside Sales Representative
This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing salesperson who wants to step into a territory with strong existing demand and significant room for growth. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will represent a company known for its deep product catalog, technical accuracy, and superior customer service. You will partner with customers across commercial, industrial, and residential markets to sell solutions that directly support their water treatment performance, equipment reliability, and operational uptime.
You will have the freedom to develop your own approach, manage your territory strategically, and build long term relationships while backed by a knowledgeable inside support team and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors through prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and strategic targeting.
- Promote and sell water treatment systems, pumps, filtration equipment, plumbing products, and related solutions.
- Visit customer sites, identify needs, present product options, and recommend appropriate systems or components.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing expertise, follow up support, and accurate product guidance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to solve customer problems and structure system solutions.
- Prepare pricing, proposals, and quotes with attention to accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across pumps, filtration, chemical feed, valves, controls, and water treatment technologies.
- Manage time and travel efficiently while maintaining a consistent pipeline and hitting sales goals.
- Represent the organization at customer visits, trade events, and industry meetings as needed.
