Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee deep foundation and ground improvement projects across Colorado and the Mountain West. This role leads full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout and works closely with clients, field teams, and estimating to ensure safe, high quality, profitable work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and reporting
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, and engineering teams
  • Review geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and constructability
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, estimating, and field operations to set strategy and sequencing
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, submittals, RFIs, and purchase orders
  • Lead contract review, negotiations, and compliance
  • Oversee site safety planning and ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements
  • Support field crews with timely decisions, issue resolution, and resource coordination
  • Track production, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage project closeout, documentation, and client follow up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Five or more years of project management experience with geotechnical or specialty foundation work
  • Strong understanding of deep foundations, shoring, ground improvement, or earth retention
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines
  • Strong client facing communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
  • Ability to travel to job sites across Colorado and the region
