What you'll be doing
- Provide technical and design input across water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, distribution networks, and collection systems
- Support early-stage evaluations, technical studies, and engineering reports
- Develop design drawings, specifications, and permitting documentation
- Take an active role in proposal development and client presentations to win new work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Florida market
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout delivery
- Oversee projects from start to finish managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations
- Coordinate internally while maintaining accountability for performance, delivery, and financials
What we're looking for
- 8-15 years of experience within water and wastewater infrastructure design
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Florida PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity quickly)
- Strong technical grounding with the ability to lead and mentor others
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage projects while contributing to business development
- Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of workstreams
- Proficient with standard tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
