Team & Operational Leadership

  • Provide oversight and direction to engineering and project delivery teams
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff, supporting career progression
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements where needed
  • Lead internal reviews and ensure delivery excellence across projects

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering and project delivery
  • Demonstrated success managing large infrastructure projects and client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, contracts, and financial performance
  • Proven experience contributing to business development and winning work

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, risk management, and project financials

Why this role stands out

  • True leadership position with visibility across both delivery and growth strategy
