Key Responsibilities
- Design roadway layouts, traffic control plans, drainage systems, and site development solutions in line with project and industry standards
- Apply engineering principles to plans and specifications while ensuring quality throughout the design process
- Coordinate with internal teams and subconsultants to support surveys, studies, and construction activities
- Contribute to technical documentation, design reports, and proposals with innovative, client-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in transportation engineering
- Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and related softwares
