Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容
  • Define and execute strategic sales and business development plans across Japan and APAC.
    日本およびアジア太平洋地域における戦略的な営業・事業開発計画の策定と実行。
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with utilities, developers, industrial clients, data centers, and e-mobility sectors.
    新規ビジネスチャンスの発掘と、電力会社、開発業者、産業顧客、データセンター、電動モビリティ分野との関係拡大。
  • Lead the growth of consulting services by engaging customers and crafting effective proposals.
    顧客との関係構築と効果的な提案を通じて、コンサルティングサービスの成長を牽引。
  • Collaborate with group companies to co-develop digital solutions, especially for data centers and e-mobility.

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to shape future consulting offerings.

Your Profile
応募資格
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
    工学、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号以上。
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in the energy sector.
    エネルギー分野での営業、事業開発、またはコンサルティング経験が8年以上。
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and consultative selling in Japan and APAC.
    日本およびアジア太平洋地域での顧客対応およびコンサルティング営業の実績。
  • Knowledge of power systems, renewable integration, grid modernization, and digital energy solutions.
    電力システム、再生可能エネルギー統合、グリッドの近代化、デジタルエネルギーソリューションに関する知識。
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and cultural adaptability.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Japan and APAC.
