Key Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Technical Excellence: Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and construction plans. Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare proposals, manage client accounts, and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

- Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and timelines. Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- 10+ years of experience in project engineering, with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven experience in geotechnical investigations, construction inspections, and field coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings.
