The Role
The Senior Project Manager will oversee large‑scale data center and mission‑critical projects from preconstruction through closeout, while also supporting business development efforts across the region. This position requires a blend of operational excellence, client‑facing presence, and commercial awareness.
You will act as a key leader in the Atlanta office, shaping the division's reputation, delivery standards, and pursuit strategies as the company expands its data center footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management for large data center or mission‑critical builds
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and execution
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment and exceptional delivery
- Support pursuit efforts, proposals, client meetings, and relationship development
- Partner with preconstruction teams to refine estimates, scopes, and delivery strategies
- Drive risk management, quality assurance, safety performance, and team leadership
- Help position the company to secure and deliver repeat business in the Atlanta market
