As Senior Superintendent - MEP/Electric, you'll play a critical role in managing the electrical and MEP scope for some of the most ambitious mission critical projects in the region.
Role Overview:
As Senior Superintendent - MEP/Electric, you'll oversee all field operations related to electrical and MEP systems on a major ground-up data center build. You'll ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence while coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams. This role is essential for delivering high-performance infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all electrical and MEP activities on hyperscale data center projects.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems.
- Coordinate with trade partners, engineers, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with mission critical standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor progress against schedule and resolve field issues promptly.
- Maintain quality control and enforce specifications.
- Support turnover and commissioning processes for electrical systems.
- Drive collaboration between field teams and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in electrical or MEP supervision on large-scale projects.
- Proven success in mission critical or data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strict safety standards.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving field challenges quickly.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
