Data Center Project Leader
Role Overview
As a Data Center Project Leader, you'll guide the full lifecycle of complex data center projects-from strategic planning and infrastructure assessment to design and construction execution. You'll serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of onsite infrastructure and advise clients on data center strategy and technical design.
- Prepare technical estimates and proposals that clearly articulate the firm's value and services.
- Oversee engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional outcomes.
- Coordinate with subconsultants, engineering partners, and subcontractors as the Prime Consultant.
- Develop detailed scopes of work (written and diagrammatic) for construction partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, ideally with exposure to AI/GPU data center projects.
- Proven ability to lead technically complex projects and deliver value across stakeholder groups.
- Strong consultative skills and experience building long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication and tech proficiency.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel Requirements
This is a remote role with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
