This firm is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to join them in their Richmond, VA office, as they have been growing and expanding successfully. This leadership role will provide the opportunity to manage projects and staff for land development projects of all sizes in the Richmond and Central Virginia area.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Preparation and monitoring of scope, budgets, and schedules for projects.
- Coordinate with clients to discuss project progress and obtain any feedback and direction.
- Perform engineering tasks, where you are able to provide engineering direction to staff.
- Organize project teams, direct project staff, and sub-consultants.
- Review and certify engineering documents.
- Lead community outreach tasks.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings, presentations, and approval plans.
Requirements:
- P.E License
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience in land and site development.
- Experience in managing staff and regulatory interaction with clients.
- Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint; Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Based in Richmond, VA or willing to relocate.
