National Remediation Practice Leader
A leading consulting firm is looking for an accomplished engineering professional to lead their Remediation Practice across the U.S. This strategic role focuses on shaping remediation solutions, driving technical innovation, mentoring talent, and strengthening the position in the environmental services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the planning, design, and execution of remediation programs for soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water at challenging industrial and commercial sites. Apply proven methods and cutting-edge technologies to deliver effective results.
- Develop conceptual site models, evaluate remedial alternatives, and ensure the successful application of treatment systems, ranging from contaminant removal and stabilization to in situ and ex situ water treatment.
- Implement engineering practices throughout all phases of remediation projects to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help craft marketing materials that showcase our expertise.
- Guide junior and mid-level professionals, foster knowledge sharing, and encourage participation in conferences and publications to advance technical careers.
- Uphold regulatory standards (CERCLA, RCRA, state requirements) and industry best practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
