Location: New York City, NY, Denver, CO, Houston, TX - on-site 4 days a week
Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000 base + guarenteed year one bonus + comprehensive benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate - Project Delivery to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing renewable energy projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from mid-stage development through financing and construction to commercial operation.
- Oversee construction activities in collaboration with internal technical teams and third-party field support.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively among internal and external resources.
- Resolve technical, legal, and commercial issues as they arise.
- Manage outside consultants (environmental, civil, electrical engineering firms) and external stakeholders (landowners, permitting authorities, utilities, financing parties).
- Lead ongoing coordination among internal teams including Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of applicable experience and an undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field.
- Proven experience in the power or renewable energy industry, with exposure to solar project development, construction, or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical acumen, and organizational abilities.
- Moderate travel required for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Familiarity with (or interest in) contract negotiation and management (PPA, GIA, EPC, equipment supply) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $180,000
- Bonus: Year-end bonus guaranteed in the first year
