With over 30 offices throughout the Southeast, this firm offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment focused on delivering integrated solutions in geotechnical engineering, architecture, civil design, water/wastewater, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow geotechnical teams across offices in Charlotte, Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, and Rock Hill
Recruit, mentor, and support a high-performing group of engineers, technicians, and project staff
Oversee technical work: review geotechnical reports, guide design decisions, and ensure quality standards
Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, strategic proposals, and presentations
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines on full-cycle project delivery
