Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in aviation-related construction projects to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects at airports or within the aviation sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Coordinate with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and other aviation-specific standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Manage procurement processes, including bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Resolve project issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years in aviation-related projects (e.g., terminals, runways, hangars).
Proven experience working on projects at major airports or within the aviation infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field operations.
Experience with LEED-certified projects or sustainable construction practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
