Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineering Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the U.S. This role involves managing multi-discipline teams, overseeing technical execution, and collaborating with clients on advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and carbon-neutral solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact municipal projects while mentoring engineering staff and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering execution for design-build and design-bid-build projects
- Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals
- Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Support business development and proposal efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE License (California preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater project design and management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
- Experience with municipal clients and collaborative delivery methods
