About the Role
We are seeking a Asset Management Specialist to join a growing Asset Management team. This role will support senior asset managers in managing renewable energy projects and ensure smooth operations across multiple assets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, numerical aptitude, and fluency in Japanese, with a willingness to learn and grow into a senior role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior asset managers in managing multiple renewable energy projects.
- Manage contracts, monitor cash flow, and prepare reports for Japanese financial institutions.
- Coordinate across projects and ensure compliance with Japanese regulations and contractual obligations.
- Support project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in renewables or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Familiarity with complex Japanese contracts.
- Experience in managing money or investments is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with financial data.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a senior asset management role.
