Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from start to finish. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while collaborating with talented engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that power the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project life cycle for BESS projects
- Manage designs, BOM, equipment specs, and construction requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to hit milestones
- Develop proposals, schedules, and material lists
- Provide performance updates to stakeholders
- Ensure QA/QC standards through engineering reviews
- Travel to client sites and vendor facilities as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing BESS projects or similar in the utility sector
- Expertise in cost and schedule reporting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
