Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a local branch while driving performance, ensuring high service standards, and supporting team development. This role is responsible for managing operational execution, financial performance, and staff leadership while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in an on-site, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of branch success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site staff, including performance management and development
- Manage branch-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to branch operations
- Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements as needed
- Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
- Address and resolve operational, personnel, or customer-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support regional and organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in operations, facility, or branch-level management
- Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment
- Proficiency with standard business software and operational systems
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
