Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Technician with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) products, including Tridium and Metasys, and will be proficient in programming, installation, commissioning, and graphics creation. Experience working in hospital environments is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming: Develop and implement control sequences for BAS to optimize building performance.
- Installation: Install BAS hardware and software components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Commissioning: Conduct system tests and validations to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Graphics Creation: Design and create intuitive graphical user interfaces for BAS, enhancing user experience and system monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation.
- BAS Products: Proficiency with BAS products such as Tridium Niagara Framework
or Johnson Controls Metasys - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems.
- Programming: Ability to program BAS for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Installation & Commissioning: Experience in installing and commissioning BAS components.
- Graphics Creation: Skilled in creating detailed and user-friendly graphics for system interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospital Experience: Experience working in hospital environments is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in building automation systems.
