We're a fast-growing building automation integrator transforming the way facilities operate across the Philadelphia region. As we expand, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial BAS projects from kickoff to final closeout.
This is a critical role where you'll drive project delivery across HVAC controls, energy management, and DDC integration. You'll collaborate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure systems are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standard. Familiarity with platforms like Delta Controls, Automated Logic WebCTRL, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnon Controls or Niagara is a strong plus.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design to commissioning
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams
- Provide schedule forecasts, risk analysis, and timely reporting
- Support junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience managing BAS or HVAC controls projects
- Strong technical acumen in controls integration, networking, and energy systems
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
