The team operates with the resources of a large national firm while maintaining the culture and closeness of a smaller office environment. Engineers here work across a diverse portfolio including commercial site development, municipal infrastructure, parks and recreation, multi-family residential, water systems, roadway improvements, and more.

The Role

A hands-on civil engineering position with exposure to all phases of design and project delivery. The firm actively encourages engineers to stretch beyond their comfort zone, take ownership of their work, and grow both technically and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Site planning and preparation of construction drawings
  • Analyze and design water, sewer, and storm systems
  • Site grading and stormwater management design
  • Prepare technical reports, project specifications, and cost estimates
  • Review and submit permit applications
  • Provide construction administration support
  • Communicate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and design consultants
  • Attend site visits and field inspections

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Washington State PE license
  • 4 to 6 years of site development engineering experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of Washington codes, regulations, and design standards
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across multiple project types including municipal, commercial, and residential
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing varied project sizes simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of delivering quality work independently

Compensation

  • $90,000 to $125,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
