A growing multidisciplinary engineering firm in Indianapolis is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to support a strong and steady pipeline of private sector land development projects. This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable team known for delivering complex commercial, residential, mixed use, and institutional developments across Central Indiana. You will step into an established group with long standing client relationships, a healthy book of business, and a supportive structure that allows you to lead with confidence while continuing to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver land development and site civil engineering projects
- Lead client communication and account management
- Oversee site design including grading, utilities, and stormwater
- Mentor civil engineers and design staff
- Support proposals, budgets, and full project management tasks
- Coordinate with in house survey, environmental, and landscape teams
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 plus years in civil engineering or site development
- Project management experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Professional Engineer PE preferred but not required for highly experienced PMs
- Central Indiana civil land development experience preferred
- Licensed Landscape Architects with strong site design backgrounds considered
