The Role
The team is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of land development and utility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial, industrial, or utility-focused developments while maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing project delivery.
This role is particularly well suited to professionals with experience in private-sector development projects who enjoy balancing technical project execution with client interaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development and infrastructure projects from planning through construction
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and consultants
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and project pursuits
- Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with permitting agencies and regulatory stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience managing land development, utility, commercial, or industrial projects
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, and team coordination
- Knowledge of permitting and development processes
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working within consulting engineering environments
