The Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to support the continued growth of a thriving engineering practice. This individual will lead multidisciplinary projects, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of civil engineering and land development projects
• Lead project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for project deliverables

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong background in civil engineering, land development, water resources, transportation, aviation, or related disciplines
• Proven project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience supporting business development activities and client engagement
