Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and growing construction materials testing division? We're seeking an experienced and driven professional to oversee field and laboratory services related to earthwork, concrete, and foundation systems. This is a leadership role with full operational and financial responsibility, offering the chance to shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations across field and lab testing services (soil, concrete, asphalt, foundations, superstructures)
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASTM, ACI) and internal policies
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability for the division
  • Hire, train, and mentor technicians, project managers, and lab staff
  • Serve as a key client contact-managing scopes, proposals, and technical deliverables
  • Maintain quality assurance and safety standards across all testing operations
  • Support strategic growth and business development initiatives
