  • Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple workstreams and project sizes
  • Develop RFPs and support overall project budgeting and procurement efforts
  • Coordinate and supervise design‑build contractors and specialist trade partners
  • Maintain strong oversight of site activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to specification

Financial and Commercial Management

  • Review monthly contractor billings and perform site walks to validate progress
  • Submit regular project financial reporting, including forecasting and cash flow analysis
  • Support contract development, negotiations, and ongoing vendor performance management
  • Identify cost, schedule, and delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with design teams, engineering, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
  • Support commissioning activities and facilitate smooth handover of completed facilities to operations teams
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with engineering standards, applicable codes, customer requirements, and project specifications
  • Maintain strong awareness of mission‑critical operational requirements and long‑term facility performance

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements across project delivery
  • Contribute to cost optimization, schedule efficiencies, and execution best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as required to support project success and business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing increasingly complex construction projects; 7+ years preferred
  • Experience delivering data center or other mission‑critical facilities strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise managing both CSA and MEP construction scopes
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contractor management
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20 percent, with flexibility as project needs evolve
