What You'll Be Doing
- Manage projects through all phases of delivery including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout
- Provide technical engineering support throughout construction
- Review plans and specifications and help resolve design and constructability challenges
- Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance
- Lead project meetings and serve as a key client-facing representative
- Support procurement, staffing, safety, quality control, and risk management efforts
- Contribute to cost estimates and preconstruction planning activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience within geotechnical construction, specialty foundations, heavy civil, underground, earth retention, ground improvement, or related construction sectors
- Background as a Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project delivery, and technical problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and field personnel
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, contracts, or technical project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline preferred
