What You'll Lead
As the EHS Director, you will:
- Drive regional strategy and expand market presence

- Build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Deliver measurable outcomes across compliance, risk reduction, and operations
- Identify new opportunities through market insight and client engagement

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will have:
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS consulting or professional services
- Experience leading regional or multi-office teams
- Strong business development and client leadership skills
- Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
- Experience with digital or technology-enabled EHS solutions (a plus)
