About the Role
We are working with a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow the Small Projects Team, focusing on commercial projects ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. While the company has a dedicated large projects team, this role is critical to expanding the small commercial projects division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with an electrical contractor and at least 3 years of experience in electrical construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the small commercial projects team.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for expanding the small projects division.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction management.
- Background working for an electrical contractor.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and commercial electrical systems.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Truck Allowance: $1,000/month
- Phone Allowance: $150/month
- Fuel Card: Provided and paid off
