About the Role

We are working with a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow the Small Projects Team, focusing on commercial projects ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. While the company has a dedicated large projects team, this role is critical to expanding the small commercial projects division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with an electrical contractor and at least 3 years of experience in electrical construction management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the small commercial projects team.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for expanding the small projects division.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction management.
  • Background working for an electrical contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and commercial electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • OSHA certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
  • Truck Allowance: $1,000/month
  • Phone Allowance: $150/month
  • Fuel Card: Provided and paid off
  • 401(k): 3% company match
