Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical installations for bridge and tunnel construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise electrical crews, providing guidance on installation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Ensure adherence to NEC, OSHA, and company safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and quality control for electrical components.
- Conduct inspections and prepare documentation for project milestones and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical supervision within heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for large-scale projects, including power distribution and lighting for tunnels and bridges.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing crews and subcontractors.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or electrical certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
