EPIC Project Manager-Carollo-Seattle
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging deep technical knowledge and delivery experience.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of projects ranging from small upgrades to large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of engineers, designers, technicians, and support staff to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Develop and review technical documentation including reports, specifications, cost estimates, and memoranda.
- Foster clear and consistent communication among internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and support proposal development, including scope definition and pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater project delivery.
- Proven track record managing water treatment, distribution, storage, groundwater, and master planning projects.
- Strong background in both design and construction phases of infrastructure projects, with full accountability for budget, schedule, contracts, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results within project constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Extensive experience in both design and construction phases of water/wastewater projects.
