The Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally recognised ground‑engineering and geostructural specialist that operates at the intersection of geotechnical design, structural interaction, and construction delivery.

This firm is known for delivering technically complex ground‑improvement and foundation solutions on some of the most challenging projects in the market - from major infrastructure and transportation works to industrial, waterfront, energy, and high‑rise developments.

If you are a geotechnical engineer who enjoys structural interaction, performance‑based design, and seeing your solutions built, this role offers far more exposure than a traditional consultancy position.

What Makes This Company Different

  • Market leader in ground improvement & geostructural solutions with decades of project delivery experience
  • Design-build environment: engineers are involved from concept through construction and performance validation
  • Recognised for innovative foundation systems, soil reinforcement, treatment techniques, and ground performance solutions

  • Perform numerical and analytical modeling of geotechnical and geostructural elements
  • Support design‑build proposals, feasibility studies, and alternative foundation solutions
  • Interface closely with construction teams to ensure constructability, sequencing, and performance objectives are met
  • Participate in technical reviews, innovation initiatives, and method optimization
  • Contribute to monitoring plans, performance verification, and instrumentation interpretation

What They're Looking For

  • Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in geotechnical design, deep foundations, or geostructural systems
  • Exposure to soil-structure interaction, ground improvement, piled foundations, or specialty foundations preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technically demanding project environment
  • Interest in hands‑on project delivery and collaboration with construction teams
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or on track to obtain PE preferred

Why Engineers Join (and Stay)
