An established and forward-thinking engineering consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead complex and high-impact projects across Texas. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced geotechnical professional to step into a leadership role within a growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and environmental projects
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
- Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- PE license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
