What You'll Do:
- Own the Asset Management Strategy: Design and implement best-in-class processes for operational and financial optimization.
- Maximize Performance: Monitor, analyze, and improve asset performance using data-driven insights.
- Drive Financial Results: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure strong returns for stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, and development teams to align goals and mitigate risks.
- Lead with Vision: Build and mentor a team as the portfolio scales, setting the standard for excellence in asset management.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in renewable energy asset management, ideally with utility-scale solar and/or BESS experience.
- Strong grasp of project finance, operations, and performance optimization.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
