Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the internal and external sales teams in Singapore to achieve corporate sales and profitability targets
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans focused on solution-based selling and value creation for customers
  • Drive key account development, major project acquisition, and market share expansion within targeted segments
  • Enhance internal sales processes and CRM utilization to boost team productivity and efficiency
  • Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to build a best-in-class salesforce
  • Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to increase wallet share
  • Design and execute a robust business development strategy for water treatment sales across Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with country leaders to co-lead the regional water treatment sales force and meet regional sales goals
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to develop solution hubs and leverage prefabrication capabilities in the region
  • Identify and capture new opportunities in the water treatment sector across Southeast Asia


Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 8 years of proven leadership in managing internal and external sales teams with revenue responsibility exceeding $10 million
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving new business development
  • Experience in tendering and executing large M&E projects
  • Strong network and familiarity with microelectronics, water treatment, or manufacturing sectors
  • Strategic thinking and market insight
  • Strong business acumen and reporting capabilities
  • Cross-functional leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
