🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle project management for healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, surgical centers)
Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with ICRA standards and infection control procedures
Interface with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Lead on-site progress meetings and maintain clear documentation
✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
ICRA certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of local Atlanta healthcare construction codes & practices is a plus
