Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects, particularly those involving wrap building techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on wrap building techniques.
- Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop detailed construction budgets and schedules, including milestones and dependencies.
- Client Liaison: Maintain close contact with clients, addressing their queries and managing expectations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and provide guidance to junior project managers, superintendents, and construction staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, change orders, and final closeout materials.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
- Government Inspections: Schedule and document required inspections during construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Proven experience with wrap building projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
