Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR and hiring strategies aligned with business and corporate strategy
- Design and manage HR systems (performance, compensation, talent development) to shape company culture
- Oversee labor management and compliance (payroll, attendance, health & safety)
- Lead HR team operations including budgeting, training programs, and HR system implementation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and labor functions
- Experience in process design and operational improvement
- Ability to align HR with evolving business and management priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- HR experience in startups or high-growth environments
- IPO-related HR experience
- Business-level English
- Team management experience
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership
