水インフラの課題解決に挑むディープテック企業にて、経営戦略と連動した人事戦略の立案から組織づくり全体をリードいただきます。急成長フェーズにおいて、採用・制度・労務を横断し、持続可能な組織の構築を推進する重要なポジションです。

業務内容

  • 事業・経営戦略に基づく人事戦略の設計および採用戦略の立案・推進
  • 人事制度(評価・報酬・育成)の企画・運用・改善、および組織文化の醸成
  • 労務管理・コンプライアンス体制の構築・改善(給与、勤怠、安全衛生等)
  • 人事部門のマネジメント、予算管理、社内研修およびHRシステム導入推進

必須要件

  • 人事・労務領域の全体像に関する深い理解
  • 業務プロセス設計および改善の経験

Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR and hiring strategies aligned with business and corporate strategy
  • Design and manage HR systems (performance, compensation, talent development) to shape company culture
  • Oversee labor management and compliance (payroll, attendance, health & safety)
  • Lead HR team operations including budgeting, training programs, and HR system implementation

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and labor functions
  • Experience in process design and operational improvement
  • Ability to align HR with evolving business and management priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR experience in startups or high-growth environments
  • IPO-related HR experience
  • Business-level English
  • Team management experience
  • Stakeholder management with senior leadership
