We are working with a fast-growing international energy platform expanding its investment capabilities across global renewable energy markets, with a strong focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS).
This is a senior hire into their Singapore office, where you will play a key role in driving investment strategy and deal execution across European markets, while supporting broader APAC growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end investment processes, including origination, evaluation, structuring, and execution
- Drive M&A and project finance transactions across renewable energy assets, particularly in European markets
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment appraisal and valuation
- Conduct commercial and technical due diligence on potential investments
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across strategy, development, and finance teams
- Support portfolio management and value creation initiatives post-investment
- Build and manage relationships with investors, partners, and advisors across regions
Requirements
- Proven experience in investment, M&A, or project finance within renewable energy or infrastructure
- Strong track record of transactions involving European assets or cross-border deals
- Solid financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Background in sectors such as solar, wind, or energy storage (BESS preferred)
- Experience from investment funds, developers, IPPs, or financial institutions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
