Land Acquisition Manager "m/w/d" (Wind) - NRW / Lower Saxony (Hybrid)
We're supporting a well-established regional player in the renewable energy space, with strong investment and a growing pipeline, who is looking to expand their team with a Land Acquisition Manager focused on onshore wind projects.
This is a key role driving early-stage project development across NRW, Lower Saxony, and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure land for onshore wind projects across the target regions
- Approach and negotiate agreements with landowners and municipalities
- Build and maintain strong local relationships with key stakeholders
- Support site selection and feasibility together with internal teams
- Work closely with project development and permitting teams to move projects forward
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land acquisition for wind or renewable energy projects
- Strong understanding of the German market, particularly NRW / Lower Saxony
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Existing regional network is a strong advantage
- Fluent in German
