What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing land development projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and permitting of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Coordinating with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Overseeing junior engineers and providing technical mentorship.
  • Ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
  • Supporting business development and proposal efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus).
  • PE license in Michigan (or ability to obtain).
  • 6+ years of experience in land development design and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
