Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale, master-planned residential communities (1,000+ units). This role is ideal for a driven professional who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and has the potential to grow into a future office leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
- Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in land development.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale master-planned communities (1,000+ units).
- Strong understanding of entitlement processes, permitting, and infrastructure design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- PE license in Florida preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Ambition and aptitude for future leadership and office management responsibilities.
