Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview:
This position involves guiding the technical aspects of mechanical system design for building projects. The individual will contribute to documentation, planning, and evaluation of existing systems, while collaborating with clients, teams, and stakeholders to resolve design challenges. Projects span a variety of sectors including technology infrastructure, healthcare, commercial, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape HVAC system concepts based on project goals or client directives.
• Deliver mechanical design solutions across sectors such as healthcare, education, and advanced technology.
• Use modeling tools to assess energy and thermal loads.
• Prepare technical assessments and planning documents.
• Draft and refine system specifications.
• Conduct field reviews and document existing mechanical setups.
• Support construction phases with technical oversight.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a degree in mechanical engineering.
• Licensed as a professional engineer is a plus.
• Experience with sustainable design or geothermal systems is valued.
• Brings at least 8 years of relevant design experience.
• Well-versed in HVAC system engineering and applicable standards.
• Demonstrates strong professional integrity and initiative.
