About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of a ground‑up hyperscale data center projects in Dallas, Texas for one of the leading data center developers in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP construction activities for a large-scale, ground-up hyperscale data center project.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure safe, high‑quality, and on‑schedule delivery.
- Review and coordinate MEP design documents, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Lead OAC and coordination meetings; maintain proactive oversight of schedule, cost, and risk.
- Ensure all systems-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls-are installed, integrated, and commissioned according to project requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress.
- Drive issue resolution and support technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of MEP construction experience managing large‑scale technical projects.
- Essential: Prior hyperscale data center project experience (ground‑up new builds).
- Strong understanding of complex MEP systems, mission‑critical infrastructure, commissioning workflows, and high‑density power/cooling environments.
- Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate high‑value scopes, and manage large MEP packages.
- Must be based in Dallas or willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
