The company is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager specializing in multifamily developments to join the team. This is a chance to work on large-scale projects for a leading real estate investment firm that is looking to continue its expansion across the southeast.
Key responsibilities of the Multifamily Construction Project Manager include:
- Work to keep project delivery schedules on target, within budget, and in accordance with project documents, contractual requirements, and overall project goals.
- Identify project issues and risks; coordinate and support timely resolution and mitigation. Ensure projects meet strict deadlines with high accuracy.
- Support the preparation of project schedules, estimates, and milestones. Travel as needed for project kickoff and close-out.
- In collaboration with the project Principal, assist in developing project scope, requirements, design criteria, reviewing proposals and contract changes, and facilitating distribution and review of transmittals and deliverables.
Key requirements of the Multifamily Construction Project Manager include:
- Experience in project management/coordination, design, or construction management for multi-use construction projects or projects with highly complex systems preferred.
- Experience working for a general contractor, project management firm or architect.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, design and/or construction management, engineering, or architecture.
