Salary: $160k - $190k
Overview:
Responsible for driving practice strategy and operational excellence. Translates strategic goals into execution, manages daily operations, fosters team development, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with leadership and clients to enhance delivery performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee practice operations and collaborate with leadership to optimize project performance.
- Review and negotiate contracts to mitigate risk.
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to improve efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Communicate priorities, provide feedback, and support professional growth in partnership with HR.
- Manage succession planning and mentor internal talent.
- Maintain client relationships and support account performance.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design (advanced degree in business/finance preferred).
- 10+ years of industry experience with proven success in team and financial management.
- Strong leadership, contract negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in business systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Tableau).
- Ability to manage complex workflows, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
